Who We Design For

Celebrations & Special Occasions

Weddings, anniversaries and milestone celebrations, staged at venues that suit the occasion — from a Paris opera house to a private château.

The Occasion Sets the Scale, Not the Other Way Around

A 200-guest wedding and a milestone 70th birthday for twelve family members call for different venues before a single flower is chosen — the venue and production choices follow from what's actually being celebrated, not a fixed formula. Venue access spans Paris opera houses and private châteaux in the surrounding region, paired with creative direction from French floral designers and visual stylists. The same production team coordinates hair and make-up, photography and entertainment, so a guest never has to notice three different suppliers working around each other on the day.

A Whole House, With Its Own Team Running It

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries and family celebrations staged at a whole-house private venue rather than a rented hall — Château de Neydens near Geneva sleeps up to 19 across three floors and is one address built specifically for this, with its own House Manager and concierge team handling everything from arrival to departure, plus an event-planning partner on call for the celebration itself. That means catering, entertainment and the physical layout of the day can be built around the property's own cinema, pool and grounds instead of trucking in a marquee.

Celebrations & Special Occasions

What This Includes

  • Landmark weddings staged at Paris opera venues or private châteaux, with venue sourcing, creative direction and a dedicated production team
  • Milestone celebrations at a whole-house private venue near Geneva, sleeping up to 19 with its own House Manager team
  • Landmark venues are usually booked 6-12 months out — the venue itself, not our own availability, is normally the limiting factor, so an early date matters more than early styling decisions
  • One production team across floral direction, hair and make-up, photography and entertainment, rather than several suppliers coordinated separately by the family
  • Corporate retreats and client-appreciation events delivered end to end, from concept to on-site production

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we start planning a wedding?

6-12 months ahead for a landmark venue such as a Paris opera house or a sought-after château — the venues themselves, not our own availability, are usually the limiting factor.

Do you only work with named, high-profile venues?

No — the range spans from an intimate private château to a larger landmark venue. The right scale depends on guest count and the occasion, and we recommend based on that rather than defaulting to the most prominent address.

Can you handle a celebration for a smaller group?

Yes — a milestone birthday or anniversary for a small family group is handled with the same production standard as a full wedding, just at a smaller scale and venue.

Is this only for personal celebrations?

No — corporate retreats and client-appreciation events are also handled end to end, from concept through on-site production.

Who actually runs the day itself — do we need our own event coordinator?

No — the same production team that plans the celebration is present on the day, so the family or hosts aren't the ones managing suppliers or troubleshooting timing between the ceremony, dinner and entertainment.
