Hotel Features
- The hotel occupies the restored Samaritaine building on the Seine, its Art Deco bones reinterpreted by architect Peter Marino, historic soul and contemporary spirit sitting side by side. With just 72 rooms and suites, it's more restrained and intimate than most Paris palace hotels. Art and design run through the place as a quiet undercurrent, curated contemporary works and craftsmanship visible from the lobby to the corridors.

The three-Michelin-starred Plénitude is led by chef Arnaud Donckele, who also holds three stars at Cheval Blanc La Vague d'Or in St-Tropez and is known for his mastery of sauces. The restaurant opened in 2021 and won its third star within seven months — one of the fastest such achievements in Michelin history — with a menu that moves freely between Normandy and the Mediterranean.

The plating is spare and exacting, every dish built around the precision of the ingredient and the depth of its sauce.

Le Tout-Paris, on the 7th floor, is the hotel's other Michelin-starred restaurant, its terrace facing the Seine and the Eiffel Tower; there's also Italian at Langosteria and Japanese from chef Takuya Watanabe at Hakuba — a genuinely broad dining lineup.

The 30-metre infinity pool at Dior Spa Cheval Blanc is the longest of any Paris hotel, its walls lined with artist Michael Mayer's mosaics and shifting digital views of the city; there's also a sauna, hammam, snow shower and the Rossano Ferretti hair salon.

- A kids' club, Le Carrousel, makes this workable for families too, across the river from the Louvre, all within walking distance.

Room Types
- Rooms and suites sleep up to 3 guests: Deluxe Rooms come in five view variants (Haussmannian, Louvre colonnade, Seine-side, with balcony, or Pont Neuf), alongside Junior Suites (Seine winter garden or balcony) and standard Suites (Seine, Notre-Dame or Eiffel Tower views, all with separate living and dining areas).

The Apartment is the hotel's signature address — the Ravel Suite (three bedrooms with a grand piano, sleeping up to 7) combined with the Quintessence Suite to form a 1,000-square-metre duplex across the hotel's 8th and 9th floors, designed by Peter Marino himself. It comes with a private pool overlooking Sacré-Cœur, a screening room, a gym, a treatment room and a 24-hour dedicated majordome, sleeping up to 17 — one of the most private top-tier suites in Paris.

MYVIPSERVICE Perspective
Cheval Blanc Paris suits travellers drawn to contemporary design who also want one of the strongest dining line-ups in Paris — with just 72 rooms, it's also more intimate and quiet than a traditional palace hotel. For a more overtly historical, classically decorated stay, a traditional palace is worth considering instead — but for staying inside a piece of art in active use, with a three-star and a one-star Michelin restaurant under the same roof, this is among the strongest choices in Paris.
