A Person, Not Just a Car
A standard airport transfer gets you a car — a driver holding a sign in the arrivals hall, once you've already cleared security, border control and baggage on your own. This gets you a person: from the gate itself, a dedicated concierge agent stays with you rather than handing you off between checkpoints — they facilitate security and border control, manage baggage collection, and handle tax-refund paperwork alongside you rather than sending you to a separate window.

Met at Arrival, Departure or Connection
From the gate or the arrivals door on arrival, your identity is confirmed and you're guided directly to fast-tracked customs, luggage collected and brought to you rather than waited for at the belt. On departure, your agent meets you at check-in and stays with you through to the gate. On a connection, they meet you at the arriving gate and stay with you the whole way to the next one — well suited to a lot of luggage, an unfamiliar airport, or a tight window.

What This Includes
- Arrival, departure and connection are all available, each with a dedicated concierge agent from the gate onward
- Can be booked on its own, or with a private chauffeur (Mercedes E-Class, S-Class or V-Class) added on
- Pickup times are tracked and adjusted in real time if a flight is delayed, with nothing to reconfirm
- Currently arranged at Paris–Charles de Gaulle and Paris–Orly, and at German airports — other cities on request
- From €189 in France or €200 in Germany, one direction; a connection is priced at twice the one-direction rate
If fast-tracked customs isn't private enough, a dedicated private terminal skips the public terminal entirely
