Hotel Features
- This sensitively restored historic building sits on Quai Wilson, lakeside Geneva's most storied boulevard, facing the Jet d'Eau. Five full-floor private residences share the building — three single-floor homes with three or four en-suite bedrooms, and Residence 5, the largest and most private: a six-bedroom duplex with its own rooftop terrace, spanning the top two floors.

The duplex dining room seats ten beneath a pair of arc floor lamps, its French windows opening onto an uninterrupted view across Lake Geneva to the hills beyond.

A living room in soft neutral tones looks out over the lake and the Alps through tall French windows, giving the residence's main entertaining space the same panorama as the dining room next door.

The duplex's own rooftop terrace — exclusive to Residence 5 — has its own dining table, a lounge seating area and a fire pit, looking straight down the lake to the Jet d'Eau and the Alps beyond.

Room Types
- Residence 5 spans the building's top two floors, with five en-suite bedrooms and dressing areas plus one further double bedroom — six bedrooms in total, each with its own bathroom. Residences 1 to 4, the building's other private full-floor homes, hold three or four en-suite bedrooms apiece on a single floor, a useful option when a smaller group wants Quai Wilson without the full duplex.

All five residences share a residential spa in swirling black Saharan marble, with a hammam, a Finnish sauna and a relaxation area finished in leather and teak flooring.

Two private treatment rooms offer therapies from Augustinus Bader and Seed to Skin Tuscany, with an expert team of therapists on hand.

MYVIPSERVICE Perspective
Quai Wilson suits a family or small group who want Geneva itself — walking to meetings, the old town or the lake pools at Bains de Pâquis — rather than a lakeshore villa a drive from the centre. Residence 5's duplex and private rooftop are worth the upgrade for a group who wants real separation from the building's other residences and space to entertain outdoors; a smaller party better suited to one of the single-floor residences should ask us about availability in Residences 1 to 4. For a group that wants a private garden, a pool or more space to spread out than a city building allows, the Grand Villa in Mies or Château de Neydens are better matches.
