  The grounds centre on a heated 20-metre pool with adjustable depth, an outdoor jacuzzi, a sauna and a hammam, plus a pergola bar and fire pit for evenings on the terrace and a fully equipped private gym.

A private chef — a former executive chef from a starred restaurant — can be booked to design a fully bespoke menu, alongside optional in-home massage, VIP transfers, a chauffeured luxury car from Idyllic Cars, private event planning with Revibe, or a boat outing on Lake Geneva.

• A dedicated House Manager and concierge team handle the stay from arrival to departure, with housekeeping and house linen included; breakfast, mid-stay cleaning and linen refresh are available on request. Stays run from 2 nights in low season, with a 7-night minimum over Christmas, New Year and school holidays.

• The château sleeps up to 19 across three floors: one bedroom on the ground floor, four on the second floor, and two more on the top floor — plus the dormitory below. The ground-floor bedroom is the most generous, with a 180x200 bed, both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, double vanity, dressing room, separate toilet and its own private terrace; two of the four Queen bedrooms on the second floor (160x200, walk-in shower) also open onto a private terrace, while the two Queen bedrooms on the top floor share the same configuration without a terrace. Eight bathrooms in total mean very little sharing even at full occupancy.
• For larger multi-generational groups, a dormitory-style room on the top floor sleeps five in single beds, with its own two bathrooms — well suited to children or a group of friends travelling together, without breaking up the rest of the house into smaller family suites.

Château de Neydens suits a group that wants a genuinely private, whole-house stay near Geneva rather than a hotel — the 5-star classification and House Manager service bring hotel-level polish, but every guest in the group is family or friends, not a stranger down the hall. It's built for groups who want to actually use the amenities together: the cinema, the pool, the games room, the car collection, not just a bigger living room.
