Once confirmed, you'll get a confirmation email — need a change, just reply. We'll message you by email and WhatsApp as the booking status updates, and send your driver's name and contact details a few hours before pickup.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup. To cancel or change a confirmed booking, reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp — no need to submit a new request.

What if you can't find a suitable vehicle for my dates?

This is rare, but if it happens we'll let you know within 24 hours of your booking and arrange a full refund or help you find an alternative.

When will I get my driver's name and contact details?

Your vehicle is usually confirmed within 24 hours of booking. We'll send your driver's name and direct contact details around 5 hours before pickup.

Is my payment secure?

Yes — payment is handled entirely by Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Can I book for someone else, or change the pickup address later?

Yes to both — just note it in the form, or message us afterward with the update and we'll adjust the booking.
